I reached out sometime last week, or maybe it was the week before, and it took way longer than I expected to get a response. The issue itself wasn’t huge, but the wait made the whole experience frustrating.

The watch does look nice, and I’ll give it that, it has a clean, polished style. But for the price, I was expecting the quality and overall service to feel a little more premium. It kind of feels like you’re paying more for the brand name than the actual experience. I don’t think I’d order from michele.com again.

The warranty repair was covered, so that part was good. It just took longer than I expected, and the updates were slow, so I was kind of left wondering what was going on?? The watch did come back working fine though

I sent my return back and I’m still waiting on the refund. Every time I reach out to support, it feels like they’re just giving me the runaround instead of actually fixing it.

I really like the style overall — it looks sharp without trying too hard. My only tiny complaint is that I wish there were more simple color options, because of course the one time I want something basic, that’s when it gets complicated.

I really liked the way it looked at first, but you start noticing scratches quickly. The clasp also feels a bit flimsy, so I’m not sure it’s something you can count on for long-term wear

I ordered a watch from michele.com and, the shipping process was frustrating. At first I was excited because the site made it seem like it would show up within a few days, so I wasn’t expecting any drama.

Then the tracking basically just sat there, and the delivery date changed twice. I ended up emailing customer service just to figure out what was going on, and the response was okay, I guess, but it took longer than it should have for such a simple question.

The watch itself is really nice, so I don’t want to act like the whole thing was a disaster. But for the price, I expected the delivery to be smoother, and this seriously made me think twice about ordering from them again

The checkout process was okay overall, not amazing or anything, but it got the job done lol...
